Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsA search for help is rarely casual. It might come from a person who has been awake all night and finally typed the words, or from a mother who found something in a coat pocket, or from a hospital social worker trying to place a patient before discharge. We help rehab programs show up for those searches with accurate information, a verified listing, a website that answers hard questions kindly and a phone line that is ready. We work inside the rules that govern this field, and we do not promise outcomes. Plans start at $495 a month, month to month, with no setup fee.
In short
An addiction treatment center is not a shop, and we do not market it like one. Our work is to make sure the people who need addiction treatment can find accurate information, and that your admissions team is ready when they reach out. In practice that means search pages written with your clinicians, a Google listing that matches your license, a website that explains each level of care and a calm, respectful way to start a conversation.
It also means we say no to things. We will not promise admissions, we will not buy or sell leads, and we will not help any addiction treatment program skirt the rules that platforms and regulators set. Families searching for help deserve to see honest programs, and honest programs deserve a marketing partner that protects their standing.
Whether you run a hospital-based unit, a private residential campus or a community outpatient clinic, the foundations are the same for an addiction treatment center of any size: verified credentials, plain language, a reachable phone and careful handling of private information.
Who is searching
"Rehab near me" can mean at least four things. It can be the person who needs help and is scared of what a stay will involve. It can be a spouse, parent or adult child gathering information for someone who has not agreed to anything yet. It can be a clinician, school counselor, probation officer or emergency department nurse looking for an open bed with a particular level of care. And it can be a former patient or family member checking whether the program they remember is still operating and still respected.
Each of these people wants something different from your website. The person in need wants to feel safe and not judged. The family member wants plain answers about how an admission works and what happens when the loved one says no. The professional wants a fast, accurate facts page with intake criteria, accepted insurance and a direct line. The returning reader wants to see that you are licensed, accredited and treated well in reviews.
An addiction treatment site that speaks to only one of these will lose the others. We plan pages, listings and ads around all four, and we write for each one in language that is calm and free of shame.
The people behind the query
Safety, privacy, no judgment
Short, kind pages that explain what a first call is like, what withdrawal management involves where you provide it and how to reach a real person right now. How search works for programs.
How to help someone who is not ready
Guides on talking with a loved one, what intake requires, what privacy rules mean for family and how to reach admissions for guidance. Education content.
Fast facts, accurate intake criteria
A page for hospitals, therapists and courts with levels of care, accepted insurance, intake hours and a direct contact. AI search and clear facts.
Licenses, accreditation, honest reviews
Verifiable credentials, a Google profile that matches your site and review replies that never reveal who was a patient. Maps and reviews.
The gate
Advertising for addiction treatment is gated more tightly than almost any other category. Google's published policy restricts ads for recovery-oriented drug and alcohol services and requires certification before they can run in the United States, and LegitScript certification has been the usual route. Meta's published policy for ads targeting people in the United States asks for LegitScript certification and its own permission. Microsoft Advertising has its own healthcare and addiction policies. All of these change, so we read the current text with you and do not rely on memory or on a vendor's summary.
That has practical consequences. Certification takes time and requires licenses, ownership disclosure and review of your website and marketing claims. An addiction treatment program that is not yet approved should not buy ads and hope for the best. In that period, the best use of budget is the organic work: your site, your Google listing, your content and your reviews. Those are also what a certifier looks at.
It also means that in addiction treatment we do not work with lead sellers or referral brokers, and we do not sell or buy leads or patients. Programs should check their state and federal rules on paying for referrals, and we recommend asking an attorney who knows this field before signing any arrangement.
What to publish
| Level of care | How people describe it | What the page should explain | Trust detail to show |
|---|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal management (detox) | "detox near me", "alcohol detox", "how long is detox" | Whether you provide it on site or partner with another facility, how admission works, what medical oversight exists | Medical director and nursing coverage described in plain terms, and the license that covers the service |
| Residential | "inpatient rehab", "30 day program", "residential drug rehab" | Daily structure, who can come, typical length discussed in general terms, what to bring, how family stays in touch | Real photographs, accreditation, house rules written kindly |
| Partial hospitalization | "PHP program", "day treatment for addiction" | Hours per day, who it suits, whether housing is available, how it differs from residential | Clinical team bios and how care is coordinated |
| Intensive outpatient | "IOP near me", "evening rehab program", "outpatient rehab that works with a job" | Schedule options, session types, how it fits work and family | Evening and weekend schedule, telehealth availability if offered |
| Outpatient and counseling | "alcohol counseling", "addiction therapist" | Individual and group sessions, who provides them, insurance accepted | Clinician credentials and approach described plainly |
| Medication for opioid use disorder | "suboxone doctor", "methadone clinic", "MAT near me" | Which medications you offer, how a first visit works, clinician oversight | Prescriber credentials and regulatory registrations where they apply |
| Aftercare and alumni | "sober support after rehab", "relapse prevention program" | What support continues after discharge, how to stay connected | Honest description of services, with no outcome promises |
Your clinical director decides what each page says. Our job is to make sure it is findable, plain and consistent with your license.
Working together
We read your licenses, accreditation, state registration and any ad certification status, then list what can and cannot be said or advertised today.
We search the way a family member would, compare your Google profile, website and directory listings, and note every mismatch and missing page.
Credentials pages, accurate listings, consistent facts across the web and a review process that respects patient privacy go first.
Level-of-care pages, insurance pages, family guides and a referral-professional page, each reviewed by your clinical lead before it goes live.
We look at how admissions calls are answered, what happens after hours, how crisis calls are handled and how calls are tracked without storing sensitive details.
Once certification is in place and your team agrees, we add carefully scoped ads and report calls and admissions, not clicks.
Phones and privacy
A family can do everything right online and still lose the moment if the call rolls to voicemail, if the person who answers sounds rushed or if the first question is about money. We help programs think through who answers, how fast, what script is used, what happens when someone in crisis calls and how callers who are not a fit are pointed elsewhere. Anyone in immediate danger should be told to call 911, and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline offers call or text support at 988. Your pages should say so plainly.
Privacy runs through all of it. Programs that provide substance use treatment may be subject to HIPAA, and federally assisted programs may also fall under the stricter 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality rules. A contact form, a call recording, a chat window or an advertising pixel can collect or send information that reveals someone's interest in addiction treatment. We design forms, call tracking and ad measurement to collect as little as possible, we keep sensitive pages out of retargeting lists, and we ask your counsel to decide what your setup requires. This is not legal advice.

Words matter
Public health agencies and many recovery organizations encourage person-first language, such as "a person with a substance use disorder" in place of labels that define someone by their illness. Families and clinicians also notice tone: a page that feels punitive or breathless puts people off. We write in plain, warm language, avoid fear tactics and countdown urgency, and never use imagery that treats people as objects of pity.
Search terms are another matter. People type the words they have, which may include slang or labels we would never publish. We study those searches so pages can answer them, but your copy does not need to echo them. A page can respond to "my son is using, what do I do" with calm information about next steps without repeating hurtful labels.
We do not make promises about recovery, cure rates or length of stay. Where numbers appear, they come from your own verified records and are reviewed by your compliance lead first.

Not until you are cleared to advertise addiction treatment. In the United States, Google restricts ads for recovery-oriented addiction services and asks for certification, commonly through LegitScript, and Meta has its own permission step. We read the current policy together. Meanwhile we put your budget into search, your Google listing and content, which a certifier will look at anyway.
No. We do not sell or buy leads or patients, and we do not take pay per admission. Federal and state rules limit payment for referrals in this field, and they vary, so check yours with an attorney. We build channels your center owns.
Four numbers cover most of it. Landing pages through RankGuarantee™ are $495 monthly. Paid ads management begins at $895 monthly per platform, with the ad budget paid straight to the platform. Organic Growth, our fuller search package, is $1,495, $2,495 or $3,495 monthly. You sign nothing long-term and pay no onboarding fee.
No. Nobody can honestly promise either, and outcome promises create problems with certifiers and regulators. We commit to specific work, monthly reporting on calls and booked assessments and a named manager.
It can be. Tracking tools can send visitor information to outside vendors, and pages about treatment may reveal sensitive interest. Whether your setup is acceptable is a legal question that depends on your program and your agreements. We inventory what is installed and help you take it to counsel.
We help you build a respectful review process and write replies that never confirm or deny that someone was a patient. We never buy, trade or write reviews, and we do not offer incentives for them.
Yes. Many addiction treatment programs are a single site with a small admissions team, and a flat monthly plan avoids surprises. If you grow to more locations, each gets its own pages and listing.
